Returned to Baldy today. Will become ALO - the duty expert on anything that flies.
Went on Command and Control flight with the battalion commander this afternoon. Murphy thoroughly routed!!!

Vietnam from the backseat of a fighter-bomber
This is an, almost, daily diary of the eleven months I spent in Vietnam. I was a Radar Intercept Officer flying in the backseat of F-4B Phantom jets. I also spent 100 days with the infantry as a Forward Air Control.
